2021 VATI Award Modification Proposal - Franklin County
DHCD has received a modification request from Franklin County in regards to the county’s 2021 VATI award. The modification request, PDF map of the project area, and point shapefiles of the proposed modification are provided below. The modification proposes to alter the original project area and, as a result, is subject to the challenge process. Prospective challengers have 30 days to challenge the modification and must submit the required documents, as indicated in the 2021 VATI Guidelines and Criteria.Challenges are due by August 18, 2022 and must be submitted to vati@dhcd.virginia.gov.
