DHCD is closely monitoring the COVID-19 progress and continuing to review the need to cancel or reschedule in-person meetings, events, trainings, etc., as necessary. Below is the most updated list of cancelled or rescheduled DHCD events.
 

• All Virginia Building Code Academy in-person courses are postponed through Dec. 31, 2020. Most courses are now being offered through a live virtual classroom. Click here to visit our Classroom Registration page, which includes the latest schedule and registration information.

• The Board of Housing and Community Development Public Hearing on the 2018 Code Development Cycle will be held on June 26. Click Here

• The Virginia Weatherization Interchange and VACAP Conference originally scheduled for June has been postponed. An alternate date has not been announced.
