The Indoor Plumbing Rehabilitation Flex (IPR Flex) program provides forgivable loans to low- and moderate income owner-occupants of substandard housing that lacks complete indoor plumbing or has general rehabilitation needs with one or more major systems failing (HVAC, electrical, roofing, etc.). A security instrument/lien will require recordation of a deed of trust forgiven monthly over a 60-month term. The program will also provide for accessibility improvements or relief from overcrowded conditions once the primary income and ownership criteria are met.
