HOME American Rescue Plan Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program (HOME ARP TBRA) Homeless and Special Needs Housing (HSNH) funding source to provide tenant based rental assistance to individuals and families who are homeless, at-risk of homelessness, or part of other vulnerable populations.
This funding will be administered by grantees selected through a competitive application process to units of local government, including tribal governments, and nonprofit organizations.
