Commission on Local Government’s Task Force for Fiscal Impact Review

The Commission on Local Government is required to provide a fiscal impact statement for any bill referred by the Division of Legislative Services. Language inserted into the state budget during the 2013 session of the General Assembly required the Commission to assemble a task force to study this process for legislation and budget items.
